Discover the Simple Key to Help Drop Those Extra Pounds and Balance Your Out-of-Whack Metabolism

Dear Health-Conscious Reader,

Please humor me for just a second, and take a good look in the mirror . . .

Does your “middle-age spread” make you look more like an apple, more like a pear — or a little of both?

This may sound like a crazy question, but where your fat is located makes a big difference to your overall health.

For example, if those extra pounds hit you mainly in your hips and rear end (the classic pear shape), much of your fat is subcutaneous, meaning just under the skin.

On the other hand, fat in the abdomen gives you a more apple-like shape. This fat is called visceral fat because it pads the area between your abdominal organs, or viscera. You may hear it called belly fat.

Perhaps you’re somewhere in the middle, with fat buildup in both places. Of course, excess fat anywhere on your body is not a healthy situation. But here’s what you should know:

Visceral Fat Carries More Potential for Health Concerns

That’s because fat cells, particularly those in visceral fat, are biologically active. They are linked not only to weight issues, but to your blood sugar regulation and metabolism, heart health, cholesterol levels, and proper inflammatory balance.1,2

Unfortunately, during middle age, most people experience an increase in the proportion of fat to body weight. This affects women more than men, and is common after menopause. And these extra pounds do tend to accumulate around the midsection.

Of course, genetics also plays a role in your fat tissue development. So don’t feel bad — the aging process and hard-wired genes are certainly not your fault.

Plus, I want to assure you that it’s not all bad news . . .

Please keep reading, because I’m going to share with you crucial information about the little-known link between your weight concerns and what I call the “I” Factor . And then, I’ll give you my top five simple tips to help you lose weight and balance your metabolism safely and naturally.

However, before I get into all that, however, I’d like to introduce myself.

I’m Dr. David Brownstein. I became a holistic medical doctor when I saw that far too many physicians were not addressing the true underlying cause of health issues. Instead, I saw how most mainstream doctors rely too heavily on drugs — which only mask symptoms. I believe you deserve better than that!

About Dr. Brownstein

The “I”Ā Factor — and How It
Keeps You From Losing Weight

The “I” stands for insulin. I’m sure you’ve heard of it, but if you’re like most folks, you don’t really understand what it is — or how important it is to your health.

Insulin is a hormone produced by the beta cells in your pancreas. It’s essential for regulating your carbohydrate and fat metabolism. Insulin causes cells in your liver, muscles, and fatty tissues to take in glucose from your bloodstream and store it in your liver and muscle in a form known as glycogen — for more long-term use.

Many people have a diminished ability to respond to insulin — especially those who are already carrying extra pounds.2 So in order to compensate, the pancreas produces more insulin.

Under these circumstances, if you eat a lot of carbohydrates you may need to produce an excess amount of insulin to bring your blood glucose back down to healthy levels. Some people with this issue produce so much insulin that their blood sugar levels dip sharply.

Here’s what you should know: When you experience intense cravings for sugary or starchy foods, there's a good chance it's due to this fall in blood sugar levels.

And when your body tries to compensate and insulin levels spike due to higher glucose levels, it leads to more fat development. In a vicious cycle, the more overweight you become, the less your ability to respond to insulin. That’s partly because the fat causes a spike in another hormone (cortisol) that keeps the insulin from working properly.

So the bottom line is that balancing your insulin levels can help you with your weight loss efforts. And as a bonus, when you lose body fat, insulin balance improves naturally.

This insulin issue puts many people on what you could think of as a blood sugar roller-coaster ride. And it’s not uncommon at all. In fact, government statistics indicate that . . .

86 Million Adults Suffer From Blood
Sugar Levels in the High Normal Range3

Here’s the good news: These elevated blood sugar levels are not quite high enough to indicate a medically diagnosed condition and are, fortunately, still in a range that can be treated naturally.

So what should you do for these elevated blood sugar levels?

5 Easy Ways to Balance Your Blood Sugar Levels

  1. Start Moving

Physical inactivity has been linked to problems maintaining balanced insulin release. Studies show that after exercising, muscles become more sensitive to insulin, which lowers blood glucose levels. To help balance insulin levels, a minimum of 30 minutes per day of physical activity is recommended, although 60 minutes would be better.

Physical activity also helps your heart, your inflammatory response, and your overall weight loss efforts.

  2. Get Sufficient Sleep

Sleeping problems can actually impair insulin function and contribute to the development of visceral fat.4

Try to get seven to eight hours of high-quality sleep per night. Stick to a schedule for going to bed and waking up — and make sure you are sleeping on a good mattress.

  3. Work on Your Overall Diet — Eat the Right Kind of Carbs

Eat more fiber-containing foods and lower glycemic-index foods.

The glycemic index (GI) measures how a carbohydrate-containing food will raise your blood sugar. Foods are ranked based on how they compare to a reference food such as glucose or white bread.

Foods with a high GI raise your blood sugar more than foods with a medium or low GI. It’s best to choose foods that have a low or medium GI. If you eat something with a high GI, you can combine it with other low-GI foods to help with balance.

Remember that meats and fats don’t have a GI. That’s because they do not contain carbohydrates.

Some examples of foods with a lower GI include dried beans and legumes (like kidney beans and lentils), non-starchy vegetables, some starchy vegetables like sweet potatoes, and most fruits.

Make sure to avoid processed and sugar-laden foods such as white bread, pasta, cookies, crackers, and the like. Besides being unhealthy, they are high-glycemic index foods.

A Mediterranean-style diet fits in well with healthy eating, because it contains plenty of vegetables and fruits, nuts, and olive oil. This works well to improve insulin response.5

  4. Manage Your Stress Level

Stress plays a role in blood sugar imbalance. Being chronically stressed can negatively affect your insulin levels. In addition, stress promotes weight gain and contributes to improper inflammatory response.

You might join a gentle yoga class, learn meditation or relaxation techniques, listen to mellow music, and look for ways to laugh every day.

  5. Use Targeted Supplements for Blood Sugar Balance

I have seen far too many patients in my medical practice struggle with issues related to their blood sugar balance — including weight concerns, food cravings, and feeling sluggish or jittery.

So I began to look into natural nutrients that provide benefits related to balancing out their blood sugar. I knew most of my patients couldn’t afford to take handfuls of different nutrients, so I came up with a targeted multi-ingredient supplement that I feel fits the bill perfectly for blood sugar support.

Introducing the Ultimate Natural
Blood Sugar Solution

After a lot of research, I came up with a blood sugar multi-tasker: Glucose Reduce™. You’ll see how you can claim your own risk-free 30-day trial bottle of this premium blood sugar solution in a moment, but first let me tell you a little bit about it.

Glucose Reduce contains 26 key ingredients combined into one comprehensive formula — all carefully chosen by me to target your healthy blood sugar and insulin levels. Some ingredients in this formula may even help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.

I don’t have the space in this letter to go into detail about all 26 ingredients, but here are some of the “major players” in this unique formulation.

The Indian Blood Sugar Powerhouse

First off, here’s one of the super-advanced glucose support ingredients in Glucose ReduceSilbinol®.

Kino Wood

Silbinol is a specialized extract derived from the bark and heartwood of the Indian kino tree (Pterocarpus marsupium).

Long before researchers began studying P. marsupium, people in India knew about and used this substance for its blood sugar-lowering properties. Eventually, scientists started to take notice of its many benefits.

Silbinol helps support the movement of sugar from your bloodstream into your body’s cells, helping to enhance insulin sensitivity.

In addition to its overall beneficial effect on maintaining healthy blood sugar levels, the Pterocarpus marsupium in Silbinol also:

  • Helps support the health of your pancreas
  • May help promote and maintain healthy cholesterol levels
  • Even inhibits COX-2 prostaglandins, thus promoting a healthy response to inflammation

And you’ll get 450 mg (the full research dose) of this specialized extract in your daily recommended dose of Glucose Reduce.

The ‘Sugar Destroyer’

Another major player included in Glucose Reduce is GS4® — a standardized leaf extract of the Gymnema sylvestre plant, which has a rich history within Ayurvedic philosophy.

Known in India as the “sugar destroyer,” Gymnema sylvestre actually masks your tongue’s ability to taste sweet foods — and can help manage those sugar cravings.

Beyond that, GS4 contains gymnemic acids and other compounds that:

  • Help regulate healthy glucose metabolism
  • Help support healthy blood sugar levels
  • May even help with weight maintenance

Then There’s the Leaf You’ve Probably Never Heard Of

Glucose Reduce also contains banaba leaf extract.

Researchers have studied banaba for its blood sugar-lowering effect, which is similar to insulin. Banaba’s active ingredient is corosolic acid, sometimes known as phyto-insulin (or plant insulin) due to its insulin-like effects.
Banaba leaf extract:

  • Helps balance blood sugar
  • Helps promote healthy insulin levels

This Bitter Fruit Is Actually Pretty Sweet

Another ingredient in Glucose Reduce is bitter melon fruit powder.

Bitter melon contains several promising bioactive compounds, which appear to activate an enzyme called AMPK. This protein plays a key role in regulating your metabolism and moving glucose from the bloodstream to the cells. This helps increase insulin sensitivity.

Plus — The Super Spice

You’ll also find fenugreek seed powder in Glucose Reduce.

Fenugreek is cultivated worldwide for use as both an herb and a spice. Compounds in fenugreek seeds help lower blood sugar levels, plus they can:

  • Aid in slowing down the absorption of carbohydrates
  • Stimulate secretion of insulin from the pancreas and promote insulin sensitivity
  • Preliminary research suggests it may help support optimal blood cholesterol

The B’s You Need

B vitamins are critical to normal cellular function, particularly nerve function and repair. And individuals with blood sugar concerns tend to need greater levels of B vitamins than others.

So Glucose Reduce contains a number of your key “B’s”:

Thiamin or B1Essential for normal glucose metabolism. The form of thiamin included in Glucose Reduce, benfotiamine, also helps support overall arterial health.

Niacin or B3 — Supports normal blood cholesterol and triglycerides.

Vitamin B12 or cobalamin — This vitamin is well-known for its beneficial effects on nerve cells.

Vitamin B2 or riboflavin — This B is essential for your body’s metabolic processes. A deficiency is often found in those with blood sugar concerns.

Vitamin B6 — More support for your healthy nervous system.

Vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid — Sometimes called the “anti-stress vitamin,” B5 is critical for metabolic functions and the maintenance of healthy cholesterol levels.

A’s to Remember

Glucose Reduce contains two all-important “A’s”:

ALA (alpha-lipoic acid) — ALA not only helps with blood sugar metabolism, but it also helps reduce those pesky free radicals with its antioxidant properties. In fact, ALA is sometimes called the “universal antioxidant” because it multiplies the benefits of other antioxidant nutrients in your body.

ALC (acetyl-L-carnitine) — ALC is also a special antioxidant that helps support nerve cells.

Trace Minerals Including Chromium

The trace mineral chromium helps to increase the number of binding sites on your body’s cells for insulin to enter. And you’ll get a full 300 mcg (even more than the typical 200 mcg research dose) in your daily recommended amount of Glucose Reduce.

I could go on and on in much more detail about the benefits of the additional hand-picked ingredients in Glucose Reduce, but I’m afraid this letter would take you an hour just to read!

It’s important for you to know that, unlike many cheap and inferior supplement products on the market, Glucose Reduce is manufactured under stringent quality controls to ensure the potency and stability of the product and its ingredients.
